Record quick-release woodworking vices are ideal for clamping and holding wood work pieces. Fitted with quick release mechanisms, simply squeeze the trigger and a quick-release vice will be opened and closed without using the mainscrew. A fine addition to the engineering workshop or tool room.

  • Large and small workpieces can be quickly interchanged – releasing the trigger returns the mechanism to normal for fine adjustment
  • Adjustable front stop or dog gives additional cramping facility when used in conjunction with a bench stop. A useful addition which provides a normal vice and tail vice in one tool
  • Two steel guide rods to reduce wear & ensure smooth parallel action jaws ‘toe in’ so when pressure is applied they give an even clamping over the whole depth of the workpiece
  • Adjustable dog used in conjunction with bench stops fitted into the bench top
  • Location holes are provided so you can fit your own choice of wooden cheeks to protect the workpiece
