Complying with the law – Health & Safety Executive (HSE)

Under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACOP L74), the minimum first aid provisions on any work site is:

1) A suitably stocked first aid box
2) An appointed person to take charge of first aid arrangements
